Charlotte, NC – With generous assistance from Charlotte-area professionals and donors, Non-profit Industries Inc. / Socialserve.com has purchased the office building where it has conducted operations since 2006. The property is located on Pecan Avenue in the Chantilly neighborhood of Charlotte.

"After extended research, we realized the building purchase was a smart move for the longevity and growth of Socialserve.com," said CEO Van Gottel of the nonprofit agency he founded in 1999. "Pecan Avenue and surrounding areas offer optimum access to public transit, shopping and other amenities for our employees."
