Boise, ID (May 2008) – The Public Affairs staff at Idaho Housing Finance Association (IHFA) took home one of Idaho Press Club's "Best of 2007" Awards for the launch of HousingIdaho.com.

IHFA staff received a first place in the Special Purpose Publication category for the marketing activity around the launch of HousingIdaho.com. Erik Kingston and Kathryn Lloyd also contributed to the efforts surrounding the successful launch.

HousingIdaho.com is a free, statewide, bilingual listing and locator service for rental housing and is of the many housing locator sites powered by Socialserve.com. The service allows renters to search detailed listings to find units to fit their needs and budgets and lets property managers list their properties in detail – with photos and maplinks – all at no charge.
