Charlotte, N.C. (May 11, 2007) – Socialserve.com has launched its award-winning housing listing and locator service in the nation's most populous county. The County of Los Angeles, California, and the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACOLA) have contracted with Socialserve.com to create a customized housing listing service supported by a top-notch call center. The Socialserve.com call center, located in Charlotte's Chantilly neighborhood, has extended its daily hours from 9 a.m to 8 p.m. Eastern Time to accommodate West Coast landlords and tenants.

The service is currently ramping up as landlords post free, detailed, searchable listings of their properties. The site will be ready for tenants to search in early June 2007.

In addition to having access to affordable housing listings that are free to list and search, Los Angeles County residents will enjoy features such rent reasonableness tools, detailed site statistics to help identify area need, free property management tools to help landlords keep track of inventory online and much more.

Landlords who would like to list their properties for free should visit the HACOLA portal today.

And all users have toll-free access to Socialserve.com Housing Specialists from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, M-F, with bilingual service available.

The Socialserve.com team works together to provide second-to-none, one-stop housing resources to over a third of the U.S. population.
