Socialserve.com – a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to safe, affordable housing through customized technology and live call-center support – is a leading provider of online listing websites for affordable and special needs housing.

The Socialserve.com housing locator service is unique in its high level of support by a mission-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) call center that assists property providers with listing, potential renters with searching and helps to update and maintain the accuracy of listings. Housing seekers can hone their search results based on specific needs. Listings can include photos and extensive information about property and neighborhood amenities, accessibility features, pet accommodations, eligibility requirements and more.
