Charlotte, NC (October 2009) – More agencies are upgrading their existing housing locators to Socialserve.com. Most recently, the Atlanta Housing Authority and the community of South Hampton Roads, Virginia, have switched over to Socialserve.com. Landlords working with these two agencies will now be able to take advantage of a 100% free tool that already serves over half of the US population in 27 states.

Atlanta Housing Authority landlords and tenants can access new Socialserve.com listing and search tools through the Housing Choice section of the Atlanta Housing Authority website, AtlantaHousing.org. The new South Hampton Roads website, originally accessible through HousingConnect.org, is now available at VirginiaHousingSearch.com. Unlike the previously implemented housing locators, Socialserve.com offers bilingual, toll-free call center support, and listings include a greater level of detail, with up to 10 pictures and extensive property information. All listings are always completely free.
