Shared Housing/Room to Rent:
People living in one home, sharing the living facilities such as the kitchen, living room and bathroom areas. This can be a good setting for those with disabilities.
Single Room Occupancy:
A multi-room and/or multi-floor facility that offers single rooms-for-lease. Typically a larger apartment-style building with shared kitchen facilities
Double:
Side-by-side duplex style
Group Home:
A home with six or fewer beds that house residents with chronic disabilities who can no longer live with their families. These homes usually have a trained care giver on staff 24 hours a day.
Assisted Living Facility:

Cooperative:
A cooperative is a member-owned corporation. A member of a cooperative does not directly own his dwelling unit, as in a condominium. Membership in the cooperative carries with it the exclusive right to occupy a dwelling unit in the development and to participate in the operation of the cooperative corporation either as a member of the Board of Directors or as a voter in the same manner as a shareholder in any other corporation.
